WHAT

  • Empowerment group for

    African American/Black women

  • 18-years-old or older

  • Attending school and/or working

WHERE

ZOOM (the 10-week January group is in process; contact us to get on the waitlist for the next group)

WHEN

6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesdays, for 10 weeks

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

You will not need any special equipment aside from a computer or phone with internet to connect through Zoom. Instructions and link will be in the email invite.

Topics may include but are not limited to:

  • Employment

  • Family

  • Healthcare

  • Relationships

  • School

  • Stress

Gatherings take place virtually.

Empowerment Group is FREE. Donations are appreciated and help us serve other women like you.
